We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer who has a passion for making Lynx Analytics’ customers successful. As a Customer Success Engineer, You will be providing support services to our customers and investigating deployment and product related issues.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drive customer success and satisfaction by providing solutions to complex technical problems
- Demonstrate the ability to actively listen to customers and show empathy
- Bring customer feedback to delivery and product teams for integration in the product roadmap
- Work to ensure system stability, identify product issues and implement workarounds
- Regularly document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps
- Work directly with customers facing technical issues to help debug and diagnose
- Work on customer support related projects as assigned
- The position supports on-call customer service throughout the calendar year
To succeed in this role, you should fulfill the following requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or another relevant discipline
- Minimum 2 years experience working in customer-facing technical roles (in Customer Success, consulting, or related discipline)
- Strong programming skills, including a thorough knowledge of Python
- Good understanding of the Linux OS including sysadmin, shell scripting and networking
- Good understanding of databases and related technologies, e.g. SQL
- Strong understanding of various Big Data Technologies
- Outstanding communication and customer relationship skills
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment
- Analytical thinking and very strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel occasionally throughout the region once safe travel resumes
Preferred skills:
- Understanding of data science tools, e.g. Pandas, Scikit Learn preferred
