- You have found your passion in Data Science and Machine learning, but get even more satisfaction having left hands-on work mostly behind to focus on helping your team do great work and improve their skill set
- You develop and implement a Data Science vision for the department and contribute to our innovative product development ideas to solve customer problems using state of the art technology
- You guide and mentor a team of highly skilled Data Scientists, continuously work on the team members’ skills and careers and inspire them through purpose
- You serve and enable your team members to utilize their full potential by fostering synergies, knowledge transfer and learning within your skill area
- You work closely with the leadership team and build cross-functional relationships with product managers, engineers and analysts to drive our products, ensuring high-quality communication across diverse audiences and turning research findings into production
Your profile – this is what we expect from you
- You have completed a Computer Science, Business Information Systems degree or have relevant experience
- You possess a deep knowledge and vast experience of Data Science methods and best practices across the development lifecycle
- You have a successful track-record in building, developing and coaching Data Science teams by attracting and retaining top-talent by keeping high levels of satisfaction and motivation of each team member
- You are experienced providing technical leadership and mentoring other Data Scientists for best practices
- You have excellent communication skills and are willing to embrace our company culture and values
