Machine Learning Engineer who develops production-level machine learning models at Autify, Inc. (Tokyo, Japan)

You will be responsible for the improvement of our test automation platform from the machine learning perspective.

Job Description

• Create machine learning models that can utilize test execution results.


• Integrate the models to our platform and take advantage of them to stabilize test executions.


• Create a mechanism that suggests the best way to test customers' application

Working as an ML engineer at Autify is not only solving software engineers' issues but also addressing every issue about software quality. End to end test automation is hard to tackle even though it is almost an essential requirement for modern software development.

We're trying to solve the issues around test automation with AI, machine learning, and cutting-edge Web technologies. You can work on solving the burning needs of software development and you'll learn a lot.

Required

• Expert knowledge of machine learning, computer science and mathematics


• Experience in developing production-level machine learning models using Numpy, Scikit-Learn, Pandas, etc.


• Experience as a backend engineer


• Being able to understand and implement academic papers and documents

Preferred

• Experience in developing deep learning models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, etc.


• Basic understanding of natural language processing or computer vision


• Japanese skills (conversational)

Our Development Process

We're running an iterative agile development process but are not strictly following the Scrum development process because this allows us to be flexible. While we have no concrete sprint for a week, we have a planning meeting every week to decide what issues should be addressed the next week in addition to a daily standup meeting.
